Shipping Policy

* Bapin Group ships all orders via UPS Ground Service. However, you can choose UPS Air Shipments at the time of checkouts or if ordering by e-mail/phone, please ask us for expedited shipping.

* Alaska and Hawaii have a higher shipping charge than the published rate online.

Shipments to residential addresses are shipped Signature Confirmation, meaning that UPS will require a signature upon delivery to the ship-to address. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

* All shipments are shipped with a Declared Value for insurance purposes.

* Shipments are within the 50 U.S. states and Canada only. International shipments will have to be completed by contacting us.

* Shipping cost of multiple items on a single order all shipping to the same ship-to address will be combined and discounted from the per unit shipping cost.

* Most orders will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of order. Since not all products are in stock, additional shipping time is necessary. If an ordered item is not in stock, the order will be placed on backorder and the customer will be advised of the scheduled shipment date by e-mail or phone.
