30 Days Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with an item, you can request a return through our customer

Support hotline by e-mailing us at sales@bapingroup.com for all Bapin Group products. If you are experiencing technical difficulties and wish to return the product to us, we ask that you first contact the manufacturer of the product. You have up to 30 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return.

Items ineligible for a return include:

  1. Electronic Software Downloads
  2. Software Up-to-Date Program Products (software upgrades)
  3. 3rd Party products purchased through a sub-dealer of Bapin Group, LLC

 How to Return

 To return your item(s) to Bapin Group, LLC, you must call our customer support hotline by e-mailing at sales@bapingroup.com and obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number, and return shipping instructions. Make sure to clearly write down the RMA number that you have been given, on the box you are sending to us. UPS will pick up the box at the requested date. Products must be returned using the original packaging. Once we receive the item(s), we will issue a refund for your product, excluding shipping fees both ways. Restocking fee may apply if products are not received in good condition. Note that the way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. Remember that your e-mail responses will come during normal business operation hours excluding weekends and holidays.

Technical problems with your new product

Again, if you are having trouble with your new product, please contact technical support for the manufacturer of the product that originally came from. We are only responsible for providing technical support on products with the Bapin Group logo. For support, please e-mail at sales@bapingroup.com
